Welcome

Welcome to the website on the Lovers Leap @ Lapham Peak camping weekend. Rather than have information spread across multiple social media sites and discussion forums, this website has been created so all information is in one place.
Why the name Lovers Leap @ Lapham Peak?  (No, there is no actual Lovers Leap lookout at the park.  There is a very cool tower though.
#1 - Karla just thought it was a fun name combining camping and the time around Valentine's Day
#2 - and it rhymes and it kinda leaves you tongue-tied
#3 - plus, it's super fun to do everything in shades of pink for once
Is this event for you?
This event is not for first time winter campers.  Vehicles will be a ten minute walk away from camp and temperatures in a Wisconsin February can be brutal.  If you are debating about coming, go ahead and post any questions on the discussion page.  Sometimes people have extra gear others can borrow.
Further Questions?
Just post your question on the discussion page.  Thank you!
